Pallavi Hegde is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, possessing 14 years of experience in Corporate Law compliance. She began her professional journey as a Trainee at Hegde & Hegde, Practicing Company Secretaries, where she gained rich experience in managing Company Law compliances for a variety of organizations, including renowned Listed Companies.

Additionally, she has held the positions of Company Secretary and Key Managerial Personnel at Zerodha Broking Limited, one of the foremost Stockbrokers, for a period of nearly 2 years. During this time, she acquired valuable expertise in Corporate Law and adhering to regulations set by the Stock Exchange. For over a decade now, she has been an integral part of BOCO LLP, a top-rated Chartered Accountant Firm, where she has successfully managed various Corporate Law Compliance matters.

CS Arjun Shetty is an Associate Member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He is also a Commerce Graduate from the Mangalore University. He has been associated with the organization for more than 7 years and made his mark among the clients.

His expertise spreads across various areas including Entity Registration, FEMA Compliance, Corporate Law advisory, Due Diligence and Fund rising related compliance. He also has an experience of liaisoning with various authorities like Registrar of Companies, Regional Director, RBI authorities etc. Arjun is a very good team leader who guides and motivates the team members to achieve the objectives of the firm.

Namrata Dongri is a qualified Company Secretary with expertise in corporate governance and regulatory compliance, backed by her B.Com and M.Com degrees. This academic background, coupled with her CS qualification, equips her to contribute effectively to legal and secretarial functions in any organization.

As a fresher, she has a strong passion for the Companies Act, 2013, and a keen interest in regulatory compliance. With a proactive approach and a commitment to continuous learning, Namrata is eager to engage with complex legal frameworks and contribute to an organization’s secretarial and legal functions.

Chaithra is an Aspirant Company Secretary currently pursuing Company Secretary course at Professional Level. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Bachelor of Business Management from Mysore University. She has worked with Vasanth & Co, and gaining practical knowledge and expertise in corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and legal frameworks.

Chaithra is focused on gaining in-depth knowledge of corporate operations, secretarial practices, and statutory compliance, equipping her to make meaningful contributions within dynamic corporate settings. Her strengths include strategic decision-making and effective problem-solving, supported by a commitment to governance excellence and adherence to regulatory standards. Chaithra is passionate about continuous learning and professional growth, aiming to apply her expertise in corporate governance and legal compliance to foster ethical and sustainable business practices.

Rithik Jain holds degrees in both Law and commerce, currently pursuing CS Professional Course and is aiming to cross the finish line as soon as a Qualified Company Secretary. He has gained practical management training experience with TMF Group, equipping him with a solid understanding of corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and legal frameworks.

Rithik has acquired valuable insights into corporate operations, secretarial practices, and statutory compliance, enabling him to make significant contributions in dynamic corporate settings. His strengths lie in strategic decision-making and problem-solving, with a strong commitment to governance excellence and regulatory alignment. Sai Keerthana Grandhi is an Aspirant Company Secretary currently pursuing Company Secretary course at Professional Level. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a specialization in Finance and accounting from Christ University. She has worked with Guru & Jana and gained hands-on experience in various compliances under the Companies Act.

Keerthana, aims to gain expertise in various stream of corporate governance and corporate law in order to put her analytical skills and other aspects so that it aligns with the goal of the organisation as well. She intends to have exposure in Corporate and Secretarial matters connected with diversified line of the industries.

Sneha Mahendrakar is aspiring Company Secretary, holds her Bachelor’s Degree (BBA) from Chikmagalur University. Along with the Company Secretary course she is pursuing her Master’s (MBA) from Bangalore University. She has gained substantial experience in Corporate Law Compliances which will provide value towards Organization goals.

Sneha is passionate about contributing to the long-term success and sustainability of the organization. She has keen interest in the areas of Corporate Law and gaining specialization in guiding Entrepreneurs and Non-profit Organizations. She is steadily building a strong foundation to a successful career as Company Secretary.

Divyashree V is a Commerce Graduate from the University of Mysore and currently advancing her expertise through Company Secretary Course at the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.

Her objective is to acquire comprehensive knowledge of the Companies Act during her training, thereby establishing a solid foundation for a successful career as a Company Secretary. She possesses a keen professional interest in managing various aspects of Companies Act compliance as well as FEMA-related regulations. With a calm and composed demeanour, she is dedicated to achieving excellence in her professional endeavours.

Giridhar Bhat is pursuing the Executive level of the Company Secretary course from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). With a focused interest in corporate and economic laws, he has taken the first step toward his professional career by training under a Practicing Company Secretary.

This phase of hands-on learning is helping him understand the practical application of statutory regulations, corporate governance principles, and compliance procedures. Eager to build a strong foundation in the profession, he is committed to developing both technical knowledge and professional integrity as he progresses toward becoming a qualified Company Secretary capable of supporting the various areas of business.
