Pallavi Hegde is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, possessing 14 years of experience in Corporate Law compliance. She began her professional journey as a Trainee at Hegde & Hegde, Practicing Company Secretaries, where she gained rich experience managing Company Law compliances for a variety of organisations, including renowned Listed Companies.

She has held the positions of Company Secretary and Key Managerial Personnel at Zerodha Broking Limited, one of the foremost Stockbrokers, for nearly 2 years — acquiring valuable expertise in Corporate Law and Stock Exchange regulations.

For over a decade, she has been an integral part of BOCO LLP, a top-rated Chartered Accountant Firm, successfully managing various Corporate Law Compliance matters.

CS Arjun Shetty is an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and a Commerce Graduate from Mangalore University. He has been associated with the organisation for more than 7 years and made his mark among the clients.

His expertise spreads across Entity Registration, FEMA Compliance, Corporate Law Advisory, Due Diligence, and Fund Raising related compliance. He has extensive experience liaising with various authorities including the Registrar of Companies, Regional Director, and RBI authorities.

Arjun is a very good team leader who guides and motivates team members to achieve the objectives of the firm.

Rithik Jain holds dual degrees in Law and Commerce and recently cleared his Professional Programme of ICSI. He brings practical management training experience from TMF Group, giving him a solid grounding in corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and legal frameworks. His capabilities include strategic decision-making and problem-solving, backed by a strong commitment to governance excellence. Rithik is dedicated to continuous professional development and the promotion of ethical business practices.

Namrata Dongri is a qualified Company Secretary with expertise in corporate governance and regulatory compliance, backed by her B.Com and M.Com degrees. She has a strong passion for the Companies Act, 2013, and a keen interest in regulatory compliance. With a proactive approach and a commitment to continuous learning, she is eager to engage with complex legal frameworks and contribute to secretarial and legal functions. Known for her adaptability, diligence, and attention to detail, she is dedicated to upholding corporate governance standards and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Sinchana Narendra is currently pursuing the Company Secretary (CS) course. She holds a bachelor's degree from BMS College and previously worked with a Practicing Company Secretary firm, where she gained hands-on experience in corporate and secretarial compliances under the Companies Act. Sinchana aspires to build expertise in corporate governance and corporate law, and aims to gain exposure to secretarial matters across diverse industries, enabling her to develop a well-rounded understanding of the corporate legal and regulatory landscape.

Sai Keerthana Grandhi is an Aspirant Company Secretary currently pursuing the CS course at Professional Level. She holds a BBA in Finance & Accounting from Christ University and has worked with Guru & Jana, gaining hands-on experience in various compliances under the Companies Act. Keerthana aims to gain expertise in corporate governance and corporate law, intending to have exposure in corporate and secretarial matters connected with diversified industries.

Nidhi Jain is currently pursuing the third year of her B.Com at BMS College of Commerce & Management while simultaneously pursuing the CS Professional Programme. She successfully cleared the CS Executive Programme in her first attempt, demonstrating her dedication and strong academic foundation. She has a keen interest in corporate law, corporate governance, regulatory compliances, and secretarial practice, and is continuously developing her expertise in corporate legal and compliance matters.

Anoop is a commerce graduate from St. Joseph University who has cleared one paper of the CS Executive Programme. He is committed to building a strong foundation in corporate laws, governance, and compliance practices. Passionate about continuous learning, he is keen to expand his knowledge in corporate operations, company law, and regulatory frameworks. Beyond his professional pursuits, he enjoys movies, reading, and writing — reflecting his creativity and curiosity.

Harishma Hemanth holds a B.Com from PSGR Krishnammal College for Women, Coimbatore, and is currently pursuing the CS Professional Programme. She is gaining practical experience while expanding her understanding of corporate laws and regulatory frameworks. Committed to continuous learning, she is building a strong foundation in corporate and secretarial practice, and aspires to qualify as a Company Secretary and establish a successful career in the profession.

Suman Kataria is an aspiring Company Secretary currently pursuing the CS Professional Programme after successfully clearing the Executive Programme. She holds a B.Com degree and has developed a strong foundation in business management. Suman is passionate about corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and secretarial practice, and is eager to expand her knowledge across the diverse aspects of corporate and legal compliance across varied industries.

Giridhar Bhat is pursuing the Executive level of the CS course from ICSI. With a focused interest in corporate and economic laws, he has taken the first step toward his professional career by training under a Practicing Company Secretary. This phase of hands-on learning is helping him understand the practical application of statutory regulations, corporate governance principles, and compliance procedures. Committed to developing both technical knowledge and professional integrity, he is progressing toward becoming a qualified Company Secretary.
